Located on the grounds of The Willows, just a short drive or hike up the mountain, the O’Donnell House is a private event venue, with indoor and outdoor spaces suited to weddings and celebrations with up to 125 guests.

The Willows has a limited number of rooms; that’s why confirmed reservations require payment in advance. Our non-flexible rate is non-refundable, while bookings made using our flexible rate are refundable until 6pm, 14 days before arrival. After which, flexible bookings become non-refundable. We are greatly impacted by cancellations. This is why our cancellation policies are universal, strictly enforced, and we’re unable to verify and accommodate hardship cancellations.

If you are concerned about the possibility of incurring processing or cancellation fees, we strongly advise you to only book once you’re sure you can travel and have purchased travel insurance. Please note, cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments. Online travel agency reservations are non-refundable.

Pets are not permitted.

Breakfast is served daily from 8am to 10am and included in the price of your booking. Please speak to the team about any dietary requirements.

The Willows doesn’t have its own restaurant, but a short walk away, you can dine at Le Vallauris. It serves French-inspired food and drinks every evening from 5pm, and brunch every Sunday between 11am and 3pm.

Each room is set up for single or double occupancy; anyone under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult 24 hours a day and is considered one of the two people to make up double occupancy.

Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 12pm.

If you’d like to request an early or late check-in or checkout, please let us know in the booking notes. While we’ll try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee anything ahead of time.

On-site parking is available for overnight guests.
